1. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp communication with our sales team.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Romitech TZ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change due to supplier stock levels.
• In the event of a price discrepancy, customers will be notified before order processing.

3. Installation Services

• For services such as CCTV installation, networking, and IT solutions, a site survey may be required to assess the environment and determine final costs.
• Quotations provided before a site visit are considered estimates and may be adjusted after inspection.
• Installation dates and timelines will be agreed upon via WhatsApp.
• The customer must ensure access to the installation site and availability of necessary infrastructure (e.g., power supply).

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines vary depending on the customer’s location and product availability.
• Estimated delivery times will be communicated after order confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• Romitech TZ is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as transport issues, weather conditions, or third-party logistics delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.
• Installation and service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
• Customers must contact us via WhatsApp to initiate any return or refund request.

6. Warranty

• All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (by third parties), power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
• Romitech TZ may assist customers in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that all information provided (name, phone number, address) is accurate and up to date.
• Customers are responsible for proper use and maintenance of purchased products.
• Any modifications or misuse of products voids applicable warranties and return eligibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Romitech TZ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

9. Privacy & Communication

• By placing an order, you consent to communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email regarding your order or services.
• Customer information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill an order or comply with legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Romitech TZ website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Romitech TZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

• Romitech TZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
• Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian legal procedures.
